You can call us once and let us know your preference for on-going cleaning.
If you'd like it done again in 6 months, we'll remind you it's time for your annual or semi-annual cleaning and offer some appointment times.
This is a courtesy more often given to commercial customers, but we've extended it to our residential customers to help you worry about what's really important, time with your family.
You should know we're also taking precautions during these challenging times to keep your technicians and you and your family safe.
We've summarized some of those precautions below.
- Technicians who feel ill or show symptoms of illness will be asked to stay home until they are healthy.
- We will no longer be shaking hands.
- Our technicians are carrying hand sanitizer, gloves, and masks.
- We will attempt to keep safe distances between our technicians and customers while working in the home.
