Q: What makes JT's different from other carpet cleaners?
A: Our skill technicians are given time to do a proper job cleaning your home or business. While many other companies focus on quantity of cleanings, our technicians are expected to focus on the quality of clean they give your home. We feel this creats happier customers and allows us to take pride in the work we leave behind when we walk out your door at the end of the cleaning.
Q: Are there hidden fees?
A: No. While every cleaning job is unique and costs can vary from one home or business to another, we offer free bid estimates and stick by our estimates.
Many of our competitors offer a great price and then add a fee for every little thing they do in the process. We only charge extra for items that require extra labor or chemical to clean up.
Stubborn stains, heavy pet soiling, or areas not in the original quote could incur extra costs.
We try to keep our pricing as transparent as possible given the unique situation on every cleaning project because we know our flat rate system is one of the things our customers love most about our services!
Q: How much does carpet cleaning cost?
A basic carpet cleaning for 3 rooms is priced at $150 currently.
This includes pre-spraying, hot water extraction (often referred to as "steam cleaning"), and deodorizing. We typically charge $2/stair for stairwells unless heavily soiling or special situations are present.
We will typically remove one or two small minor stains without additional charge.
Larger, multiple, or more stubborn stains will incurr extra costs for chemical and labor expended to clean them up.
We do offer multi-service discount bundles if more than one cleaning service is booked on the same visit. For example, our triple play offers a 15% discount when you book 3 services on the same visit.
This could include carpet cleaning, air duct cleaning, power washing, tile cleaning, gutter cleaning, and window washing.
We also offer tile cleaning at a set price per square foot, to be determined by the type of tile to be cleaned.
Call for a free quote on your tile cleaning job, in most cases we can offer an accurate quote over the phone.
Q: How long does carpet cleaning take?
In most cases, we can be done with the cleaning in an hour or two.
Large or severe cleaning may take longer and require more agitation with mechanical equipment and more pre-treating with stain removing solutions.
A typical residential home can expect the actual cleaning to last around an hour for a handful of rooms. In the case of wrinkled carpet it may take longer as we try to remove as many wrinkles as possible.
While we do offer carpet stretching services, it is best to request this service during the quote so we can plan accordingly for your carpet stretching job.
Q: How long will my carpets take to dry?
A: Depending on the type of carpet, humidity in your home, and whether you've opted for our Diamond Carpet Cleaning package, will affect the drying time of your carpets.
Typical residential carpets will dry within a few hours of our technicians leaving your home.
Most carpets dry within a couple of hours, but it can take several hours for thicker carpets or those that have been heavily soiled and required more water to clean properly.
We recommend having the air conditionining or heat during carpet cleaning as the decreased humidity they create helps carpets dry faster. Ceiling fans or window fans set to blow across the carpet can also speed up the process.
You can decrease the drying time by requesting our diamond carpet cleaning package.
This includes additional agitation for those rooms with severe stains, or venues where you need the room back in working order quickly to handle guests or events.
This service is a favorite with commercial venues as it decreases down time of valuable venue space.
We also offer drying equipment rental for those who need additional help drying their carpets out on a budget.
Our carpet blower rentals are priced at $25/day and we offer free delivery and pickup with all drying equipment.

Customer satisfaction is a point of pride for our company and we stand by our work.
While we strive to get things cleaned to your satisfaction the first time, we take pride in making it right when our work doesn't live up to the JT's Carpet Cleaning standards.
We'll let you know which areas we think may not come out 100%, but we will remove stains and soils to the best of our ability and do our best to minimize how noticeable the stains we can't get out are.
Even stains that won't come out completely can often be greatly reduced in visibility with the correct cleaning methods and solutions.
All of our technicians are trained to assess trouble spots and minimize further damage while reducing their impact in your home's aesthetics.
